Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the transportation industry, particularly through autonomous vehicles and intelligent traffic management systems. This paper delves into the role of AI in enabling autonomous vehicles to navigate roads safely and efficiently. It also explores AI's application in traffic management, including real-time congestion prediction and adaptive traffic signal control. The paper discusses the potential benefits of AI in transportation, such as reduced accidents, improved traffic flow, and enhanced mobility for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, it addresses ethical and regulatory challenges associated with AI-driven transportation.
