Abstract
Sustainable infrastructure development is essential for economic growth and environmental conservation, but financing such projects remains a challenge. This paper explores innovative financing models, with a focus on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and investment models. It discusses how these approaches attract private capital for infrastructure projects while ensuring long-term sustainability. The paper also analyzes case studies of successful sustainable infrastructure financing, emphasizing the role of government policies and regulatory frameworks.
