Abstract

Digital twin technology has gained prominence in various industries for its capability to create virtual replicas of physical assets and processes. This paper explores the applications of digital twins in engineering and manufacturing. It discusses how digital twins are used for design optimization, real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and simulation. The paper also highlights the potential of digital twins in enhancing product development, reducing downtime, and improving operational efficiency.
